Refund policy

  • Customized Orders (No Refund): Woh tamam products jin par aapne apna naam, koi khaas design ya apni pasand ki tabdeeli karwayi hai, woh wapas (refund) ya tabdeel (exchange) nahi honge.

  • Damage ya Defect ka Saboot (Proof): Agar aapko koi kharab (damaged) product milta hai, to aap ke liye Product Opening Video ya clear photos dikhana lazmi hai. Bina video ya tasveer ke damage ka claim qubool nahi kiya jayega.

  • Condition: Refund ya Exchange sirf tab hi hoga agar product Unused (istemal na kiya gaya ho) aur original halat mein ho. Pehna hua (Worn) ya dhoya hua (Washed) kapra wapas nahi liya jayega.

  • Exchange Policy: Agar aap standard item ka size tabdeel karwana chahte hain, to Delivery Charges (DC) customer ko khud ada karne honge.

  • Time Limit: Claim sirf product milne ke 7 din ke andar hi file kiya ja sakta hai.


  • Customized Orders: Items with custom names or personalized designs are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Proof of Damage: To claim a refund or exchange for a damaged item, customers must provide a Product Unboxing Video or clear photographs as proof. No claims will be entertained without valid visual evidence.
  • Condition for Return: Items must be Unused, Unworn, and Unwashed with original tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or use.
  • Exchange Fees: For size exchanges of standard items, the customer is responsible for all shipping/delivery charges (DC).
  • Timeline: All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
